How to Get All Medals for Officer Mewmew at Lumina Square

Lumina Square is the new area that was released in Zenless Zone Zero (never been in the previous beta). Similar to previous locations, there is also Officer Mewmew at Lumina Square with two pages worth of medals. This guide will show you how to collect all medals from Officer Mewmew in Lumina Square.

You can unlock Officer Mewmew at Lumina Square after starting Chapter 2 (Interlude) where > spoiler > Zhu Yuan and Qingyi enter the Hollows to capture a criminal. After completing that mission, Officer Mewmew will send you a message.

Keep in mind that I started searching for all the medals after completing the Story Commission (Chapter 2 - Interlude). If there are any NPC or Bangboo that didn't appear like in my guide, complete the Story Commission first and make sure the time of the day is correct (Morning / Afternoon / Evening / Midnight).

Timely Assistance Medal I	A citizen reported the presence of presence of an "electric guy" near children's playground might be dangerous, plus it's late at night.
Timely Assistance Medal II	Citizens reported witnessing someone dumping a carton near Public Security at Lumina Square this morning.
Timely Assistance Medal III	One of my colleagues complained about a Bangboo occupying their bicycle parking space throughout the afternoon.
Timely Assistance Medal IV	Someone spotted a stray Bangboo at the bus stop at Lumina Square at night.
Silver Talent Seeker Medal	Collect half of H.I.A. Commemorative Coins in this region to earn this medal. This achievement will sure make the Sage in a Barrel satisfied with your progress!

1) Keen Senses Medal

Find all the lost cargo trucks at Lumina Square. There are 6 cargo trucks in this location and you can refer to the guide here: All Lost Cargo Trucks at Lumina Square.

2) Kind Helper Medal I

Complete the mission "It's Hard to Find a Job, It's Hard to Be a Bangboo" to earn this medal. You will get this mission immediately after talking to Officer Mewmew in Lumina Square.

3) Kind Helper Medal II

Complete the mission "It's Hard to Find a Sidekick, It's Hard to Be a Cat" to earn this medal. In the morning, teleport to the Convenience Store and turn around to see KK Bangboo. Obviously, you need to complete the previous mission first to get this one.

4) Kind Helper Medal III

Complete the mission "Big City, Little Ones" to earn this medal. This mission is only available to me after reaching Inter-Knot Level 31. In the morning, teleport to the Pedestrian Area and you will immediately see Mei near the decoration.

Help her take a picture of a Working Securityboo near Officer Mewmew. Interact with it first before asking permission to take its picture. Return to Mei and she will said to meet her in the afternoon.

5) Kind Helper Medal IV

Complete the mission "Riddlers' Club - Part 1" to earn this medal. This mission can be unlocked upon reaching Chapter 2 Interlude Intermission. In the afternoon, teleport to the Coffee Shop and look to your right to see Sam near the bicycle parking lot.

The riddle is "An ineffable creation of silver, beautiful and smooth, brought together by fate"... Capture a photo of the scene that matches this description in Lumina Square. This refers to the white statue in Lumina Square. Teleport to the Pedestrian Area and look across the road to see a mall with a statue in front of it. Get near it until the game prompts you to take a photo of the statue by holding the interact button and selecting the camera.

6) Kind Helper Medal V

Complete the mission "Riddlers' Club - Part 2" to earn this medal. The second mission will immediately be available with Sam at the same location right after you complete part 1. Although I do see other people got this mission at another time (in the morning at the same location).

The second riddle is "Ying and Yang, black and white... Two fantasy creatures, chasing each other's tail..." This time, you need to take a picture of graffiti on the wall just beside the HIA building. Teleport to the Pedestrian Area and turn around to see the wall with the graffiti.

7) Kind Helper Medal VI

Complete the mission "Riddlers' Club - Part 3" to earn this medal. This mission is available to me one server reset after the previous part. In the afternoon, teleport to the Pedestrian Area and look to the Gravity cinema across the road to see an older woman NPC. Talk to her to start the commission and talk to the Bangboo she pointed out to complete it. Yeah, that's all.

8) Chivalrous Spirit Medal I

"What should I do if a student bullies a Bangboo? Or the other way around? I witnessed it near San-Z Studio at Lumina Square."

In the morning, teleport to the Pedestrian Area and look past the road for a One-Dennyboo and two high schoolers ganging up on it. Talk to them and you will complete the commission.

9) Chivalrous Spirit Medal II

Yesteday afternoon, a citizen reported a little guy armed with a sharp object taking over their riverside viewing spot.

In the afternoon, teleport to the Coffee Shop and look your right for a staircase that leads you to the second floor of the Coffee Shop. Up there, you will find the Anxietyboo.

10) Chivalrous Spirit Medal III

Citizens complained about a noisy Bangboo across the street from Lumina Galleria in the evening.

In the evening, teleport to Officer Mewmew and look across the zebra crossing road to find the Complaint Bangboo. Talk to it and complete the commission.

11) Chivalrous Spirit Medal IV

Late at night yesterday, a citizen reported a suspicious figure near the newsstand at the square.

At midnight, teleport to the Coffee Shop, look to your right and walk forward before going left to the back of the flower shop.

Interact with the Treasure Hunt Bangboo and help it find its beloved tool. The said tool is with the Rampaging Dog just ahead of the Bangboo.

12) Timely Assistance Medal I

A citizen reported the presence of presence of an "electric guy" near children's playground might be dangerous, plus it's late at night.

At midnight, teleport to the Coffee Shop, and look to your left. Walk to the end of the road and you can see a stair leading to a playground. Just above the stairs is a Scientist Bangboo.

13) Timely Assistance Medal II

Citizens reported witnessing someone dumping a carton near Public Security at Lumina Square this morning.

In the morning, teleport to Officer Mewmew and look past it for a Transforming Bangboo.

Look at the image above for the solution of the puzzle and complete it. After that, you will complete the commission.

14) Timely Assistance Medal III

One of my colleagues complained about a Bangboo occupying their bicycle parking space throughout the afternoon.

In the afternoon, teleport to the Convenience Store and look to your right to see an overpass/overbridge. Go over there and you can see an Unconscious Justaboo at the bicycle parking space.

Fix the now Reincarnated Bangboo and you will get the medal.

15) Timely Assistance Medal IV

Someone spotted a stray Bangboo at the bus stop at Lumina Square at night.

In the evening (although the description says night), teleport to the Noodle Shop and turn around to see a bus stop. Look at the side of the bus stop and you can see a Curled-Up Justaboo.

16) Silver Talent Seeker Medal

Collect half of H.I.A. Commemorative Coins in this region to earn this medal. This achievement will sure make the Sage in a Barrel satisfied with your progress!

1) Kind Helper Medal VII

Complete the mission The Price of Lies - Part 1 to earn this medal. In the afternoon, teleport to the Newsstand and look to your left to see 2 high schoolers beside the hair salon. Talk to them and then go cross the road to find Lazuli. After talking to her, you will finish the commission.

2) Kind Helper Medal VIII

Complete the mission Big City, Little Ones - Part 2 to earn this medal. In the evening, teleport to the Pedestrian Area and after arrival, you will immediately see Mei. This mission is the continuation of "Big City, Little Ones" from Page 1 of Lumina Square's Officer Mewmew. Once again, she wants your help in taking a picture of a Bangboo but this time, in the Brant Construction Site.
Note: I only got this achievement after a few server resets (possibly at a certain Inter-Knot Level).

3) Kind Helper Medal IX

Complete the mission Big City, Little Ones - Part 3 to earn this medal. In the afternoon, teleport to the Pedestrian Area and after arrival, you will immediately see Mei. This mission is the continuation of "Big City, Little Ones" from Page 1 of Lumina Square's Officer Mewmew. Once again, she wants your help in taking a picture of a Bangboo but this time, in Sixth Street.
Note: I only got this achievement after a few server resets (possibly at a certain Inter-Knot Level).

4) Kind Helper Medal X

Complete the mission Big City, Little Ones - Part 4 to earn this medal. In the afternoon, teleport to the Pedestrian Area and after arrival, you will immediately see Mei. Once again, she wants your help in taking a picture of a Bangboo but this time, in Scott Outpost.
Note: This mission is only available to me after reaching Inter-Knot Level 43.

5) Kind Helper Medal XI

Complete the mission Big City, Little Ones - Part 5 to earn this medal. We're finally at the end with Mei's long quests. In the evening, teleport to the Pedestrian Area and after arrival, you will immediately see Mei. You need to take a picture of Mei for one last time.
Note: This mission is only available to me after reaching Inter-Knot Level 44.

6) Chivalrous Spirit Medal V

A kind-hearted lady reported hearing a cat crying from the alley where the trash can is this morning.

In the morning, teleport to the Coffee Shop and turn around. Opposite the Coffee Shop are the massage shop and Chinese restaurant(?), go look at the alley beside the restaurant for One-Dennyboo. Since this Bangboo is also in other locations, you might want to interact with it in previous locations first if it is not here even after several refreshes.

7) Chivalrous Spirit Medal VI

"Hey! Did you hear? Someone's having a duel near the Loong graffiti! Let's go check it out!" - gossipy students.

In the evening, teleport to the Pedestrian Area and turn around to see Challenger Bangboo and a bear NPC. Talk to them to get the medal.

8) Chivalrous Spirit Medal VII

A street cleaner mentioned seeing someone vandalizing the plants in front of the cinema in the afternoon.

In the afternoon, teleport to the Newsstand and look to your left towards the cinema. You can see Treasure Hunt Bangboo on top of the plant. Talk to it to get the medal.

9) Chivalrous Spirit Medal VIII

Customers at Waterfall Soup mentioned being pretty lucky lately, always finding Dennies that someone else left in the automatic vending machine.

In the evening, teleport to the Noodle Shop and look to your left for Blueboo. Talk to it and fix the vending machine to get this medal.

10) Chivalrous Spirit Medal IX

A citizen mentioned spotting a walking avocado near the metro station late at night. The citizen's breath smelled of alcohol when they spoke, so it could be that they were hallucinating from being drunk.

At midnight, teleport to the Noodle Shop and look to your right. You can see an avocado-looking Bangboo named Bangboonie near the white statue. Talk to it to complete the commission.

11) Timely Assistance Medal V

A staff member at the salon mentioned there's been a sad little guy at the entrance of the store every morning. Can you help?

In the morning, teleport to the Newsstand and look to your left for a bit to see the Bangboo just beside the aboard in front of the salon. Fix it to get this medal.

12) Timely Assistance Medal VI

The recycler in the neighborhood complained that when recycling household garbage in the neighborhood alley, a dark object always gets in the way.

In the evening, teleport to the Coffee Shop and turn left, heading to the playground. Just before you reach the steps to go to the playground, you can see Part-timerboo lying beside the dumpster.

The puzzle this time is a bit complicated than usual so refer to the image above for the solution.

At midnight, teleport to the Pedestrian Area and after arrival, you will immediately see the red bat Bangboo called Loyalboo. Fix it to get this medal.

In the evening, teleport to the Pedestrian Area and look to your left to see the HIA building. Walk alongside the building until you reach the in-between the HIA building and the building next to it. In the alley, you can see Slackerboo. Fix it to get this medal.
