1) Keen Senses Medal
Find all the lost cargo trucks on Ballet Twins Road. There are a total of 4 cargo trucks and you can see the locations for all of them in a separate guide I've already made here: All Lost Cargo Trucks on Ballet Twin.
2) Kind Helper Medal I
Complete the mission The Price of Lies - Part 3 to earn this medal. The Price of Lies - Part 3 is a follow up City Commission to Sweeping Away Secrets. You can start the Sweeping Away Secrets accepting the commission from an account in the Inter-Knot named Golden Retriever.
After you complete said commission, you can head to Ballet Twin to get The Price of Lies - Part 3 in the morning. The mission is just to talk to some people so it's not that hard. This mission is only available to me after reaching Interknot Level 40.
3) Kind Helper Medal II
Complete the mission The Missing "5" - Part 1 to earn this medal. In the morning, teleport to Plaza Walkway and walk forward towards the vending machine to see Enid and Enid's Mom in front of the metal fence (There's a bug here and when you talk to them, their names change to Anne and Anne's Mother). Help Enid's Mom to find a calculator and calendar on the plaza below (just follow the navigation) to complete the commission.
Note: This mission is only available to me after completing Story Mission Chapter 3.
4) Kind Helper Medal III
Complete the mission The Missing "5" - Part 2 to earn this medal. In the afternoon, teleport to Officer Mewmew and turn around towards the back of the huge statue in the plaza to find Enid and Jackie.
Note: For me, this mission is only available after a few days of completing the previous part. This quest also has a connection to Lynn & Ruby (Ellen's friends who often hang out in Lumina Square) and Aroma Candle Promoter NPC, and it might have something to do with them.
5) Kind Helper Medal IV
Complete the mission Don't Get Lost in the Night to earn this medal. At midnight, teleport to Plaza Walkway and head forward a little bit to find a Woman by the Streetlight. She will ask you to find her kid and you can find them at the lower level of the plaza near the electrocuted boxes. The child will then ask you to find their Bangboo and its located near the statue outside.
Note: This mission is only available to me after reaching Interknot Level 40.
6) Kind Helper Medal V
Complete the mission Pensive Phantom to earn this medal. At midnight, teleport to Plaza Walkway and you can see Reina near the ladder. Talk to her to start the quest; she will ask you to take a picture of a ghost.
Note: This mission is only available to me after reaching Interknot Level 41.
Teleport to Officer Mewmew and go near the huge statue. look at the image above to take the correct picture.
7) Chivalrous Spirit Medal I
Some citizens reported seeing a poor stray child near the metal fence in the evening.
In the evening, teleport to Plaza Walkway and walk towards the metal fence at the end of the passage to meet Poetboo. When talking to it, choose the option to give it the Denny and listen to its poem until the end.
8) Chivalrous Spirit Medal II
"Do Bangboo have delinquent groups, too? Late at night, I saw three of them on the second floor at Ballet Twins Road…"
At midnight, teleport to Plaza Walkway and walk forward a little bit before looking to the right to see a group of Bangboo. Talk to them and choose the worst Bangboo of them all to complete this commission.
9) Chivalrous Spirit Medal III
Late at night yesterday, a citizen commented: There's a little shark that wants to return to the sea, right by the water at Ballet Twins Road.
At midnight, teleport to Officer Mewmew and go down the steps to the area behind the mascot. You can see a shark Bangboo called Sighboo near the partition. Just talk to it and you will complete the commission.
10) Chivalrous Spirit Medal IV
We have received a report from a citizen, stating that a "strange fruit" was eying their motorcycle late at night…
At midnight, teleport to Plaza Walkway and keep walking forward until you see Hungerboo near a motorcycle. Talk to it to get this medal.
11) Timely Assistance Medal I
"Seriously, I saw a shark in the Sunken Courtyard of Ballet Twins Road… this morning!"
In the morning, teleport to Officer Mewmew and turn around to see a shark Bangboo on the ground. Fix it to complete the commission.
12) Timely Assistance Medal II
Searching for a Bangboo: A classy gentleman. I spotted him this afternoon by the stairs at Ballet Twins Road.
In the afternoon, teleport to Officer Mewmew and turn around to see a Butler Bangboo lying on the chair.
Fix it to get the medal.
13) Timely Assistance Medal III
A citizen claimed to have seen a strange cardbox in need of help, near the metro station at Ballet Twins Road.
In the evening, teleport to Officer Mewmew and look to the left towards the gate. You can see a Flatterboo in need of help. Fix it to get this medal.
14) Timely Assistance Medal IV
Someone reported hearing crying on the street late at night on Ballet Twins Road.
At midnight, teleport to Plaza Walkway and keep walking forward until the end of the road (behind the fence) to see a Multiverseboo.
Fix its circuit and you will complete this commission.
15) Silver Talent Seeker Medal
Collect half of H.I.A. Commemorative Coins in this region to earn this medal. This achievement will surely make the Sage in a Barrel rub their hands in anticipation! You can look at the guide here for the locations of all Commemorative Coins.
