In version 1.1, there is a new set of medals to be obtained for Officer Mewmew. However, there is no new location, a new page called Rebuild Ridu! will be unlocked after you complete the commission [City] Rebuild Ridu!
Reminder: If you didn't find the NPCs even with the right time of the day, try to complete previous medals on another page first before trying again.

1. Eager Competitor Medal
Participate in Officer Mewmew's community-building event to earn this medal. Once you unlock this page, you will automatically get this medal.
2. Eager Competitor Medal II
Complete the mission Pure Talent Acting to earn this medal. In the morning, teleport to Officer Mewmew in Ballet Twins Road and talk to Mark to start the mission [Combat] Temporary Script. In the combat, you need to follow a Bangboo while being hit less than 5 times. Once you're done, talk to Mark in the Random Play store to complete the first half.
Now, wait for the next morning and talk to Mark again in Ballet Twins Road (at the same location) to start the mission [Combat] Pure Acting Talent. Similar to the previous stage, complete this one without being hit more than 10 times. Once you're done, talk to Mark in the Random Play store to gain the medal.
3. Kind Soul Medal
Complete the mission Rainy Night's Cupid to earn this medal. In the morning, teleport to the Pedestrian Area in Lumina Square and talk to Emo Bangboo to start the mission [City] Rainy Night's Cupid. All you need to do is talk to Mia then Clara before waiting for the next day to continue the investigation.
On the next morning, teleport to the Newsstand in Lumina Square and talk to Snek near the stand. This is when you'll be getting a mission [Combat] Where You Quit, They Persist to find another Bangboo in the Hollow. Complete the quest to find Mia.
After completing the mission, you can talk to Snek and Roger again. You have 2 options here and I choose the second option to send Mia to Enzo at the Remodeling Shop on Sixth Street. Then you will get the medal.
4. Kind Soul Medal II
Complete the mission The Art or the Dennies to earn this medal. At midnight (also in afternoon), teleport to Officer Mewmew in Ballet Twins Road and talk to Lumiere to start the mission. Accept the commission [Combat] Tough Evidence Hunt from the Inter-Knot and complete it. After that, you will get the medal.
5. Benevolent Heart Medal
Complete the mission Number One Fan (II) to earn this medal. At midnight (also in afternoon), teleport to Officer Mewmew in Ballet Twins Road and talk to Archie to start the mission. Go to the Inter-Knot and accept the commission [Combat] Unlucky Archie - Part 1.
On the next day, open your Inter-Knot and respond to a post with the name of [Commission] [Post] It's a scam! Everyone, careful! Go back to the same spot to find Fahmira for the continuation [Combat] Unlucky Archie - Part 2. It's another simple commission so complete them to get this medal.
6. Benevolent Heart Medal II
Complete the mission A Sumo Never Backs Down! to earn this medal. In the morning (also in afternoon), teleport to Officer Mewmew in Ballet Twins Road and talk to Qiuyuan to start the mission. Open your Inter-Knot and accept the commission with the title [Urgent][Commission] My Bangboo has completely lost its competitive edge. This will unlock the commission [Combat] Sumo Wrestler Never Backs Down! Complete the whole mission and talk to Qiuyuan again to get this medal.
7. Benevolent Heart Medal III
Complete the mission No Guts No Glory to earn this medal. At midnight (also in the morning), teleport to the Remodeling Shop on Sixth Street and talk to Bagboo to get the mission [Combat] æ%æ$ Please Help! Complete the mission and wait for the next day to continue.
On the next day in the evening, teleport to the Remodeling Shop on Sixth Street and talk to Mrs. Yani to get the continuation [Puzzle] No Guts No Glory. Complete this mission and talk to Dollie on the next morning (just follow the navigation) so you will get the medal.
8. Mutual Aid Medal
Complete the mission Phantom of the Ballet (III) to earn this medal. For the first part of Phantom of the Ballet (Phantom of the Ballet (I)), in the morning, teleport to Officer Mewmew in Ballet Twins Road and talk to Hong to start the mission. Then, talk to Old Man Rhodes just beside Hong.
After that, teleport to the Remodeling Store on Sixth Street and talk to Old Man Rhodes again. I'm not sure whether you need to wait for the next day or not because I got this mission but focus on completing other missions first (a lot of days have passed before I continue completing this mission). The old man will give you a commission [Investigation] Yesterday's Stage - Part 1. Complete it and talk to Rhodes in the Random Play store to complete the first half.
Wait until the next day and talk to Hong in the Random Play store (If he's not there, try completing the Hollow Boot Camp mission). He will give you the next mission [Puzzle] Yesterday's Stage - Part 2.
If you open your mission navigation and you should see [Exploration] Phantom of the Ballet Twin (II). Follow the navigation and talk to Rhodes in the Ballet Twins Road to complete the second half.
Once you talk to Uncle Rhodes, talk to him again to get the last part Phantom of the Ballet Twin (III). Take a picture of him and you will complete the whole mission and get the medal.
