There is a second Sage in a Barrel (the same one actually based on the conversation) in Lumina Square that is looking for someone to help it find all HIA Commemorative Coins Radiance. These coins can be found in Lumina Square, and after collecting them, you can give them to the Sage in a Barrel for various rewards.

Tips on Finding the Commemorative Coins

If an NPC can be interacted with and have a grey speech bubble above their head, they will give you a coin.

If an object has a coin, however, it will have sparkles around it.

You can also check the New Eridu Time (on the top left corner) as it will show a list of activities that can be done near your location.

If there's an activity about 'Sage in a Barrel wants more Commemorative Coins,' that means there should be a coin somewhere in the area.

If you still don't know what to do, you can talk to Sage in a Barrel and ask for a hint by clicking the 'Gather Info.'

In addition, you can also see how many HIA Commemorative Coins you've got left to find by seeing how many items it has left to give you. That number is the number of HIA Commemorative Coins you've got left to find.

Remember that you can teleport to another location (another map, not any store in Lumina Square) and teleport back to Lumina Square and it will reset the NPCs in that location.

The HIA Commemorative Coins are fixed but their spawn order is random! In other words, you will have a different order than in the guide below. Teleport to another map after you complete one HIA event and after teleporting back to Lumina Square, the HIA event will be refreshed to another one.
EXTRA REMINDER FOR THE COINS: Some high school girls NPC like #12, and #15, those are Ellen's friends, and if they're not in the spot mentioned in the guide below, that means the girls are with Ellen. You need to find Ellen in Lumina Square and interact with them first. After that, teleport to another map and teleport back to Lumina Square to refresh and the respective girl should be in their location after that.
TLDR: If you find Ellen and her friends, interact with them and refresh the map because their group will hinder some HIA events.

In the morning, teleport to the Pedestrian Area and look to your right for a parking lot. Go past that parking lot and you can see a row of bicycles. Interact with the shining bicycle to get your coin.

In the morning, teleport to the Coffee Shop and go behind the coffee shop and you will see a little girl NPC. Talk to Emmie and she will give you the coin.

In the morning, teleport to Sage in a Barrel and look to your right. There's an old lady NPC in green and you can talk to her for another Commemorative Coin.

In the afternoon, teleport to the Convenience Store and after arrival, walk towards your right side to see Orlenda in front of JC Pharmacy. Just talk to her and you will get the medal.

In the afternoon, teleport to the Convenience Store and after arrival, look at Today's Special Menu in front of the Convenience Store. Interact with it to get the coin.

Interact with the wire of the small boy NPC to get the coin.

In the evening, teleport to the Pedestrian Area and look a bit to the right to see a high school girl NPC just across the road. Talk to her for the last coin in the evening. If you don't see her after many times of refresh, it's because she's with Ellen. Find Ellen in Lumina Square and talk to the group before refreshing the map, the girl should be in the respective place now.

At midnight, teleport to the Pedestrian Area and look forward to the Beauty Saloon. Go behind the salon and you can see an old man NPC near the air conditioning fan. Interact with the fan to get the Commemorative Coin stuck inside it.

At midnight, teleport to the Pedestrian Area and look to you right past the wall beside the parking lot. Talk to Casey and he will give you the coin.

At midnight, teleport to the Pedestrian Area and you will immediately see Ruby beside the trash bins and the road. If you don't see her after many times of refresh, it's because she's with Ellen.
